We offer a competitive benefits package to meet the diverse needs of all employees and their family members, based on employee eligibility.

Medical Insurance: Plymouth offers medical and prescription benefits through Group Health Options Inc. Alliant Plus Plan. Employees pay a small amount (based on pay rate) per month and Plymouth pays the rest of what is currently a rich plan. An employee can select a Group Health provider (highest level of coverage) or any provider in the community. Plymouth pays 25% of eligible dependent premiums.

Dental Insurance: Plymouth pays the full premium for employees and offers dental insurance through Washington Dental Service with the largest provider network in the Washington State.  Plymouth pays 25% of eligible dependent premiums.

Vision Insurance: Plymouth offers vision insurance through VSP and pays the full insurance premium for employees and 25% for eligible dependents.

403(B) Retirement Plan: Employees may make their own contribution to this tax-deferred Retirement Plan at any time. Plymouth contributes 5% of an employee’s pay on a bi-weekly basis after the employee has been employed 12 months and worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in the year. There is no required match and the employee is fully vested from the first day a contribution is made.

Paid Time Off (PT0): An employee is eligible to accrue PTO immediately on hire with increases following at three, five and seven years.  PTO accrues each pay period and carries over from year to year up to 30 days per year.

Paid Holidays: An employee will receive nine paid holidays annually: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Subsidized ORCA card: Plymouth subsidizes a significant portion of the cost of the ORCA transportation card for employees who select this benefit.

Health Club Membership: Plymouth provides a subsidy for employees who want to select a membership for the YMCA gym membership. There is no initiation fee for employees.

Life and AD&D: The benefits plan provides employee insurance in the amount of the employee's annual salary up to $100,000.

Supplemental and Dependent Life Insurance: Additional life insurance is available for employee and eligible dependents at group rates.

Short-Term Disability: All benefited employees may voluntarily purchase short-term disability insurance at a reduced rate through Plymouth’s group plan.  

Long-Term Disability:  Plymouth provides full payment of premiums for the LTD program which covers approximately 60 percent salary continuance—after a 60-day waiting period.

Flexible Benefit Plan: Employees may defer tax-free dollars into health care and/or dependent care benefit accounts.

Employee Assistance Program:  professional, confidential information and referral assistance for issues related to work, family, caregiving, daily living, health and well-being, and more. In-person counseling sessions are available at no charge, as well as concierge, legal and financial services.

Domestic Partners: Medical, dental, vision, and EAP benefits are offered to domestic partners who qualify under the plan.

Employee Appreciation Party: Each year, Plymouth hosts a gathering off-site for its employees. This festive event is a time to celebrate the year's accomplishments.

Mission Award Breakfast: Annual off-site all staff breakfast and award ceremony to honor individual employees, and a team, for exemplifying Plymouth's Mission.

Downtown Location: With buildings located in Downtown Seattle, the South Lake Union Cascade Neighborhood and one building located on Capitol Hill, all of the sites have easy access to shopping, good food, and accessible public transportation.
